Make sure the room that hair and makeup stylists will be setting up in is big enough. The makeup team will have makeup chairs, ring lights and tables, and will need ample space to do our job properly.
The room should be clean and somewhat organized before the beauty teams arrive. This avoids frantic cleaning while we’re trying to set-up, or before the photographer arrives for getting ready photos.

Make sure you (and everyone else) has clean, hydrated skin heading into wedding day morning.
Take your dress out of the garment bag as soon as possible. Consider stashing it in another room so it can relax and remain wrinkle free (and away from the spray and products of the beauty team).
Steam all dresses before hair and makeup. Steaming in the same room as the beauty team can cause havoc on the hair/makeup and steaming after someone is glam runs the risk of hair frizz and melting makeup.
